I purchased three butterfly charm necklaces. They arrived more quickly than expected. I’m not sure if the butterfly charm is sterling silver, though. The chain is stamped 925, but the butterfly charm is not stamped at all. The chain and charm were in separate little plastic zip top bags with the bag containing the butterfly charm inside the bag containing the chain. Despite the butterfly charm possibly not being sterling silver, the necklaces are still cute and pretty and will make nice gifts for three special little girls. Am giving 4 stars for Item Accuracy instead of 5 because the butterfly charm isn’t stamped 925, so I can’t confirm it’s sterling silver. Store Communication, and Shipping and Delivery are both 5 stars.
